At TP, we value people skills and soft skills. We recruit both beginners and experts, ideally with experience in customer relations or a real appetite for human relations.

TP teams are constantly on the lookout for new talent in Morocco, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Togo and Ghana. Our HR teams recruit all year round! Feel free to consult our job offers or submit your application at the top of the page.

Interested in a job? Nothing could be simpler. Apply online by filling in your application form and uploading your CV. Once received by our teams, your application will be examined. If your profile matches the vacancy, you will be contacted and invited to an interview in our offices. 1- You take a language test to assess your level and the activity that would suit you best. 2- You will be interviewed by one of our recruitment managers. The interview lasts a maximum of 30 minutes. The aim is to get to know you and understand your background and motivations. The recruitment manager will ask you a few questions before introducing you to TP and the details of the vacancy you are interested in. 3- If you are selected, you will have a second and final interview with your site's operational manager before starting your training in the following days.
