TP Radio App Privacy and Data Security Policy

This Privacy and Data Security Policy describes how Teleperformance (hereinafter “the Company”) collects, uses, shares, and protects the personal data of its employees when using the internal mobile application TP Radio (hereinafter “the Application”).

The Company is committed to ensuring a level of data protection that complies with international standards and local regulations in the various African countries where our employees are based. Use of this Application implies acceptance of this Policy.

1. Nature of the Data Collected

The Application is designed for professional use and collects only the information strictly necessary for its operation and for the Company’s purposes:

Professional Identification Data: Name, surname, employee ID, position, department, professional email address. Usage and Performance Data: Connection timestamps, features used in the Application, performance data related to your professional activity (if applicable). Technical Data: Type of mobile device, operating system version, unique device identifiers (for security and maintenance purposes only). Geolocation Data (if applicable): If the Application requires location services for specific professional functions (e.g., attendance tracking, mission management), your location will only be collected with your explicit consent and during use of the relevant feature.

2. Purposes of Data Collection and Processing

The data collected is used exclusively for the following purposes:

  • Access and Authentication: To verify your identity as an employee and secure your access to the Application.

  • Operational Management: To facilitate and optimize the Company’s internal work processes (e.g., internal communication, reporting, training).

  • Application Improvement: To analyze usage in order to identify bugs, enhance features, and improve user experience.

  • Security and Compliance: To detect and prevent fraud or misuse and to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Data Security

The Company implements strict technical and organizational security measures to protect employee data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including:

  • Encryption: Data is encrypted during transmission (via SSL/TLS) and, where possible, at rest.

  • Access Controls: Data access is restricted to authorized personnel only, in accordance with the principle of least privilege.

  • Monitoring and Auditing: Systems are regularly monitored to detect and respond promptly to security threats.

  • Data Hosting: Data is hosted on secure servers located in the europe-west3 region.

4. Data Sharing and Transfer

  • Within the Company: Your data may be shared among Teleperformance group departments or entities only when necessary for the purposes described above.

  • Third-Party Providers: We may engage service providers for hosting, maintenance, or analytics. These third parties are contractually bound to maintain confidentiality and data security and may process data only under our instructions.

  • International Transfer: Due to our pan-African presence, data may be transferred among the African countries in which we operate. The Company ensures that all transfers are carried out with appropriate safeguards in compliance with required protection standards.

5. Your Rights

As an employee, you have rights over your personal data under applicable laws (for example, the right to access, rectify, object to, or delete your data).

6. Policy Updates
