Ø Manage real-time production in line with defined priorities.
Ø Assign customer advisors to priority activities based on their skills and production needs.
Ø Anticipate activity peaks and manage them in real time.
Ø Detect malfunctions (technical incidents, production disruptions) and trigger appropriate alerts
Pré-requis du poste
Ø Proficiency in English in written and verbal communication (minimum C1)
Ø Knowledge of call handling and flow management tools (Cronos, SIOP, Eureka, CMS)
Ø Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Query)
Ø Understanding of financial stakes
Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ø Analytical skills and ease with handling figures
Ability to communicate with the CDO, flexibility, and adaptability
Open to
Ø Advisors from the TransferWise activity With 6 months of seniority or above
Ø who have not taken an assessment for the same position in the last 6 months or for another position in the last 3 months.
Ø Preselection based on HR records:
Ø - Attendance: Less than 48 hours of absence over the past 6 months
Ø - No disciplinary action in the past 12 months
